House Ciders Purchases

We want you to be thrilled about our cider. However, if you are not satisfied with your cider order, we will accept returns of unopened bottles with 30-days of your purchase. You may choose another bottle to replace the one you were not satisfied with, or we will refund the purchase price (tax and shipping costs excluded) to the original credit card on file. We are not able to return cash, due to the set-up of our POS. Please know the original date of the purchased cider so we may find the original transaction!

We do want you to also be aware that we are only able to conduct returns from the back-room, so if you will be coming to the Tasting Room and wish for a credit card return, give us a ring beforehand to ensure the return is able to be processed in advance. You can come directly in without calling, but the return may be delayed by a day or two!

Shipped Bottles Returns

Effective March 1, 2022 our new default return policy for all returned orders will be:

CANCEL AND REFUND – CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE OUTBOUND AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

  • When a package is returned, there are shipping charges for the original outbound shipping and the return shipping.
  • The customer will receive a refund less the outbound and return shipping charges.
  • If upon review we see that the return was caused by a UPS error, we will provide you with a new shipping label at no charge for the reshipment of the order.

Branch Out Club Returns

Branch Out Club Membership will continue indefinitely until cancelled by the member. Cancellations must be made 30 prior to a scheduled shipment. We do not currently accept Returns from club membership shipments.
